We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for those people who are having difficulty keeping up with their everyday tasks or those wishing to improve their health outcomes whatever the goal may be. We have one-to-one sessions or physiotherapist run group classes dedicated to improving balance, stability, strength and gait. The classes are held within our state of the art gym facility. Our home visiting service is also available to those patients who wish to be seen in the comfort of their home or are unable to access the clinic.
If you or a family member have sustained a fall or several falls, we strongly recommend that you have an assessment to help determine the cause and participate in our falls specific treatment program. There are several factors that can effect your mobility and fitness and most of these can be managed with the right program. Our physiotherapists are able to identify which areas of your health are limiting your ability to participate and therefore can tailor a program specific to your needs and goals.
Falls are one of the biggest health issues facing our ageing population.
Our physiotherapists are highly experienced in working with people suffering from arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, hypertension, cardiac conditions, respiratory conditions, complex medical issues and those with chronic pain. If you have any questions about your suitability for our reconditioning or falls programs, please contact us. We recommend a doctors referral prior to commencing.
